We are part of Kingsbury Locality, Brent Clinical Commissioning Group.

Friends and Family Test
From 1 December 2014 all GP practices will implement the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT). The FFT is a feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience that can be used to improve services. Stag Lane Medical Centre is actively participating. Please complete a questionnaire when you next use our services.
We are proposing to merge with another local Brent Practice , Primary Care Medical Centre from 1.4.2015 if approved by NHS England and supported by Brent CCG. This merger will ensure the practice is sustainable long term. We have had Patient Consultation meetings and one is planned on 23.2.2015 at Stag Lane Medical Centre at 7.30pm. There are surveys we would like to carry out and you can collect one from reception or drop one off to us. Please see attachment.
The practice has proposed we rebuild the room at the front of the building that was brought down in the autumn of 2013 and refurbish some administrative areas in the practice. This will give us more room for clinical space and also to use for patient support and meetings. There is a consultation underway and again your support is appreciated.
New Appointment System
From 24.2.2015 the practice is introducing a new appointment system that will give you better access to us. You telephone the practice, details are taken and a doctor calls you back within 1-2 hours. You may not need to come in to see us but if you do an appointment for the same or next day will be made for you. Please see the attached video. Again leaflets are available within the practice. Please tell us how you find the new service.
